The Feather General Public License

Anyone can distribute this document. You are permitted to modify this document, as long as you change its name. (This does not authorize you to change the original documents.)

Terms and Conditions

1) Definitions

As used herein:

    1. "this License" refers to version 3 of the Feather General Public License;
    1. "GPL" means version 3 of the GNU General Public License; and
    1. "LGPL" means version 3 of the GNU Lesser General Public License.

2) Dual Licensing

You may choose to use the Program under either the terms of this License or those of the GPL.

3) Conveying

You are hereby exempted from sections 5(a), 5(b), and 5(d) of the GPL. You are additionally permitted to license a modified version (which is not a Combined Work) of the Program under the terms of:
