Oxen Mobile Wallet Privacy Policy

1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how information about you is collected, used and disclosed by Oxen ("we" or "us"). This Privacy Policy (together with our Terms of Service and any other documents referred to therein or herein) applies to information we collect when you use our mobile application (Oxen Mobile Wallet), or when you otherwise interact with us.
We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will notify you by revising the date at the top of the policy and, in some cases, we may provide you with additional notice such as by adding a statement on our blog or social media channels. We encourage you to review the Privacy Policy whenever you access the Services to stay informed about our information practices and the ways you can help protect your privacy.
2. Collection of Information
Information You Provide to Us
- We collect information you provide directly to us.
- For example, we could collect any information you willingly provide to use regarding use of the Oxen Mobile Wallet for support or troubleshooting. Information We Collect Automatically When You Use the Services
- When you access or use our Services, Apple will automatically collect information about you, which we can view and access: Apple may collect IP address where you downloaded the app, your name, phone number Apple ID, etc.
Oxen does not programmatically collect any data about your usage of the Oxen Mobile Wallet, we can only view the statistics that Apple keeps.
3. Use of Information
We may use information about you collected from third parties like Apple for various purposes, including to:
- Provide, maintain and improve our Services;
- Provide and deliver the services you request, facilitate Oxen transactions and send you related information, including confirmations;
- Send you technical notices, updates, security alerts, authentication codes and support and administrative messages;
- Respond to your comments, questions and requests and provide customer service;
- Monitor and analyze trends, usage and activities in connection with our Services in an aggregate and anonymous manner;
- Carry out any other purpose for which you provided the information.
4. Sharing of Information
We may share information about you as follows or as otherwise described in this Privacy Policy:
- With the Oxen Network, the Oxen Mobile Wallet will share your public account address and any transaction details to facilitate any transaction request you submit via the Services;
- We may also share aggregated or de-identified information, which cannot reasonably be used to identify you.
5. Security
We take reasonable measures to help protect information about you from loss, theft, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction.
