Enable sound, and fix the Makefile. Cannot touch the RAY.names file,
...
otherwise the game cannot figure out it's own level files. (?) Sound works,
but isn't very good, and the music is absolutely horrid.

Makefile (for read-only pkgsrc use). This is for the use of packages
which build INSTALL and DEINSTALL scripts dynamically, such as
pkgsrc/games/crossfire.
