88ef327212 Fix translation format strings 
Fix the format strings in translations,
because we currently don't support the
omission of positional format string
arguments (that's a Python limitation).

Please see http://gpodder.org/bug/1165
for more information and for the plans
on how to fix this in the future.

a996a16b2b Allow Ctrl+R when "No new episodes" is displayed 
When the feed update has finished, and the Desktop
version of gPodder shows "No new episodes" in the
progress bar (and the "OK" button on it), the
keyboard shortcut Ctrl+R did not work, because the
menu item was disabled.
