Portuguese translation
Finished discourse part 08, fixed a typo, 2 broken links and a missing pic in the English version.
Removed the mention of the category Howto in Discourse from this tutorial EN and PT since it no longer exists
The original english version had a link to the Forum Basics tutorial originally in discourse, corrected that to the howto.disroot.org page on the same subject because that post was deleted from discourse, so the link wasn't working.
For the PT version added the "future" link wich is the same as in english only with the pt instead of en.
Also in the forum basic part in the portuguese version added instructions on how to change discourse language to portuguese.
